When Horizon Frankston launched, it marked a turning point for residential development in Frankston City. At a time when the city centre was beginning to re-establish itself as a place to live, not just visit, Horizon set a new benchmark for what premium apartment living could look like here.
It sold out within a year, becoming Victoria's fastest selling residential development in 2023. Sales were driven largely by local buyers — downsizers and long-term residents trading a traditional home for modern apartment living close to the beach, city centre and public transport.
Horizon became a proof point for developers, investors and planners, demonstrating that premium residential projects could be delivered and welcomed in Frankston's Metropolitan Activity Centre. It opened the door for the wave of residential and mixed-use projects now shaping the city centre.
