Ballam Ballam Lake

Ballam Ballam Lake is a calming, eco-friendly little corner of Ballam Park in Frankston. 

 

 

This pretty spot that's ideal for picnics and BBQ's features accessible walking paths, a viewing platform and small jetty and some gorgeous sculptures and floral vegetation.

 

 

There are open air and undercover seating areas to relax, unwind, and enjoy the gentle lapping of the ornamental fountain. You'll even spot fish, frogs, ducks and any number of birds and insects in this soothing environment. 

 

The lake naturally cleans rain runoff before it flows into Port Phillip Bay. Native plants, aeration, and rocky raingardens help filter the water.
