Kananook Creek

A gorgeous and tranquil 7.5-kilometre trail where creek, wetlands and coastline quietly connect. 

Follow the path along Kananook Creek from Frankston Pier to Seaford and you’ll find a trail that links the foreshore to the wetlands, running parallel to the coast the entire way. 

The creek is also navigable by canoe or kayak, with launch points at several locations along the trail.

Keep an eye out for the 60 recorded bird species that call the reserve home, including Black Ducks, White-faced Herons, Cormorants, and Spoonbills.
