Getting to Frankston City is easy, with direct access by road, rail, and bus.

Road

Frankston City is around 45 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD, with several routes to suit your journey.

Take EastLink (M3) for the fastest connection between the Monash and Frankston freeways.

For a more scenic drive, follow the Nepean Highway along the bayside suburbs.

To avoid tolls, travel via the Dingley Bypass and connect to the Mornington Peninsula Freeway (M11).

 

Rail

Direct trains run from Flinders Street Station to Frankston Station in around one hour, arriving in the heart of the city centre.

The Frankston Line is also part of Melbourne’s Night Network, with trains running all night on Friday and Saturday.

 

Bus

Frankston City is connected to Melbourne Airport vis the SkyBus Peninsula Express. Services run approximately every 90 minutes, stopping at Frankston Station and key bayside locations along the way.
