Frankston City's location is second to none, commanding ideal centre stage between Melbourne's urban metropolis (just a 45 mins drive) and the tranquil Mornington Peninsula (10-15 mins in the car!).

With fantastic rail and road interlinks, we have everything at our fingertips, in every direction.

Many residents easily commute to Melbourne CBD for work via the regular Frankston train line which departs every ten minutes, and a number of free commuter car parks. 

When we're not enjoying our own 11 kilometres of pristine coastline we can day-trip to any number of tourist destinations (imagine Portsea, Sorrento, Arthur's Seat, Philip Island, Red Hill wineries, the Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges...) and still be back in time for dinner! Every weekend is an opportunity to explore somewhere new, but still love coming home.
