Artist Description:

“Cosmic Bay” explores marine life of Port Phillip Bay, inspired by diving with weedy sea dragons. A monumental male dragon evokes weightlessness, light and suspension underwater. Bioluminescent forms merge ocean and cosmos with globe fish planets, comet-like calamari, starfish constellations and drifting sea grasses suggesting surreal and otherworldly encounters.
