When is the event?
The event is Saturday 29 April from 10am – 3pm.
Can I bring my pet to the event?
Yes, pets are welcome at the event, owners are responsible for their pets at all times. Dogs must be vaccinated and on a lead, other pets are required to be securely contained.
How much will the event and activities cost?
It is free to attend the event; however, you should bring some money if you wish to purchase food or items from market vendors at the event.
Will there be food and drinks available?
There will be a variety of food and beverage for purchase at the event.
Is the event smoke and alcohol free?
Yes. Smoking and alcohol are not permitted at the event.
Is there an ATM onsite?
No, all of our exhibitors have EFTPOS facilities.
What other facilities are on site?
Toilets – There are toilet facilities, including accessible toilets onsite.
Drinking water - The will be drinking fountains at the event. Don’t forget to bring your reusable bottle to refill!
Baby care – There will be a parent facilities pod, which will be equipped with a baby change table and feeding chairs.
Seating - A limited number of tables and chairs will be available throughout.
What if the weather is inclement?
In some conditions, it may be necessary for aspects of these events to be modified. In extreme conditions, where it is deemed unsafe to continue, programming may be delayed or cancelled. You can keep up to date by following the Frankton City Council Facebook and Instagram pages.
Where will I be able to Park?
There will be limited car parking available onsite near the Cricket pavilion off Narranga Crescent. Alternative suggested parking is at Karingal Shopping Centre or surrounding streets.
Will there be any accessible parking?
There are a limited number of designated accessible car parking spaces available off Narranga Crescent and Cranbourne Road, please inform the traffic controllers upon entry and they will direct you.
Can I take public transport to the event?
Yes, we encourage you to take public transport where possible. Head to www.ptv.vic.gov.au to plan your journey.
