PAW-SOME VENDORS WANTED!
Calling all food vendors, market stallholders, businesses, community groups, and sponsors!
With over 36,000 dogs and cats registered in the local Council area, it’s a great opportunity to showcase your products and/or services to a passionate and engaged audience. This event is one you will not want to miss – paws down!
Food Vendors: food and beverage (non-alcoholic) providers. Limited spots available. Please complete the Food Vendor EOI form by Friday 18 July 2025 at 5:00pm.
Market Stallholders (small business pet-related products):
- Pet-related product offerings including treats, food, nutrition and supplements, clothing, bedding, and accessories.
- Animal-lover product offerings including themed earrings/jewellery, handmade cards, and matching outfits.
- Small businesses offering pet-related services such as grooming, dog walking, training, pet photography, pet minding/day care, and vet clinics.

Commercial Exhibitors: commercial or large scale franchises/businesses offering pet-related services or products. Please complete the Commercial Exhibitor EOI form by Friday 25 July 2025 at 5:00pm.
Community/Not-For-Profit (NFP) Stallholders: stallholders classified as not-for-profit such as animal rescue shelters, animal welfare and protection groups, and community education/awareness groups. Please complete the Community/NFP EOI form by Friday 25 July 2025 at 5:00pm.
