The Samoyed Club of Victoria
Originally from northern Siberia living with the nomadic Samoyed people, these smiling sled dogs herded reindeer and lived and slept with the people. They were brought out of Siberia at the end of the 19th century and the early part of the 20th century to pull sledges on Arctic and Antarctic expeditions. Despite this Arctic heritage, the Samoyed has adapted well to warmer climates. They can sleep inside, and outside, although they prefers to sleep inside, and need to spend a significant part of each day being a beloved part of the family, in the centre of everything you do. Come and learn more about these active, inquisitive, quick witted and mischievous animals!
Melbourne Canine Freestyle
These family friendly dog shows are actioned-packed, fast paced and fun filled. Consisting of amazing canine tricks, freestyle moves, races and lots of fun audience participation. Melbourne Canine Freestyle offers exciting actioned-packed performances which are fun for all the family! You can enjoy two shows at the demonstration arena – Ball Game and Human Agility!
