It’s free to attend the Waterfront Festival, and there are plenty of free activities, however, you should bring some money/credit card in case you would like to purchase food, beverages, market items, or ride tickets.  
No, there will be no parking on site, however there is a drop off zone located on Kananok Creek Boulevard, outside The Cheeky Squire.

Taking public transport to the event is highly encouraged. Bus services will depart from Frankston station and drop people off at the festival site.

Yes, Frankston City Council events are smoke and vape free.
Alcohol can be purchased and consumed within licensed areas of the site. There is no BYO.
Licensed Bars at the festival include the Tap Bar, Pop-Up Bar and the main Garden Bar
Yes, at 9.15pm on Saturday 7 February fireworks will be launched from the Frankston Pier and can be viewed along the Bay and throughout the event site.
To prepare for the fireworks display Saturday evening, the Frankston Pier will be closed from 2pm until approximately 11pm. The Pier will be accessible outside of these times.
There will several rides at the event which include the ferris wheel, dodgem cars and skyflyer.

The Main Stage is located in the Garden Bar. The full line-up of artists performing at the Festival can be found here
Yes, Victoria Police and security will be monitoring the event and taking a zero-tolerance approach to unruly behaviour.
There will be a large range of food and beverage vendors on site, with plenty of variety to cater for different dietary requirements and taste buds. For more information click here.
There are toilet facilities (including accessible toilets) located throughout the event site, including between the boat ramp car park and BBQ area and by the Yacht Club.
Accessible toilets are located in the Lifestyle Precinct and Waterfront Village
Parent facilities are available on site and are located in the Waterfront Village as well as near the Garden Bar.
If you require first aid assistance, the first aid tent will be located near the Waterfront Stage.
Sunscreen is highly encouraged during the event, the first aid tent is available for if you do not have any sunscreen.
If you need a break from the festival, you can find a chill out space in the Waterfront Village, near the Kids Stage. This area is equipped with sensory-friendly and calm activities.
There will be several hydration stations located across the site. Don’t forget to bring your reusable bottle to refill! Bottled water can be purchased from food vendors.
Well behaved dogs on lead are permitted to the event. Due to crowd numbers, loud noises and the fireworks display on Saturday at 9.15pm, we recommend dogs are not present for this. As per local laws, dogs are not permitted on the beach between 9.30am and 7.30pm. All pets in areas surrounding the event site should be secured by 9.00pm in preparation for the fireworks display between 9.15pm and 9.30pm.
