Description

Thanks to the Seaford Activation Grants program, funded by the State Government and delivered by Frankston City Council, the program will support new street art murals on three walls in the Seaford Central area.
 
Locations: The public toilet block corner of Station Street and Broughton Street, the Seaford Community Centre, Seaford Library and the wall at Spanish Bar on Chapman Avenue.
