Yogaharta is a space that feels like you are at home, a sanctuary, where you come to learn and grow, to be held and nurtured, giving you a strength to go back out into your world to deal with any challenges you are facing with such ease and grace knowing that you truly are perfect.

Description

Our name – Yogaharta is inspired by a deepening of our connection to, and living from our Heart ~ The Heart Chakra is Anahata / Anaharta, and this is merged with the Heart and Yoga ~ to create Yogaharta.

Yoga is amazing for all ages and bodies as a lifelong practice.

Yogaharta offers classes suited to beginners with Yin Yoga, Yin Fusion, Beginners Flow, Gentle Flow and Hatha.
