Book your Frankston experience with us...

We are very fortunate to have a wide variety of natural reserves in the Frankston area, providing a diversity of habitats not only for indigenous wildlife but also for our international visitors, the migratory birds.

A reserve is also a precious place for people, where we can escape the stresses of modern life and enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. Each of the natural reserves in Frankston is unique and precious, providing a vital habitat and refuge for wildlife as well as being priceless places of recreation and inspiration for the local community.

You can pick up a copy of the booklet 'Natural Reserves within Frankston City' at the Visitor Information Centre. Bookings for guided Ranger walks during the school holidays are taken through the Visitor Information Centre also. Keep an eye out on our Events page for further details.

The booklet contains maps, background information about the reserves and details of flora and fauna that you may see there.

Groups requesting Ranger assistance for excursions to Natural Reserves should contact the Environmental Education Officer on 9784 1768.
