Description

Gami Chicken & Beer is Australia's original Korean Fried Chicken chain originated from Melbourne, widely recognised as a must-visit place for fried chicken.

Enjoy hearty, crispy, juicy Korean fried chicken at the heart of Frankston.

Gami is a favourite amongst chicken enthusiasts for its high quality, crispy and mouth-watering fried chicken, as well as their wide variety of beverages from their classic beer, their in-house made ades and even wine as well!

Gami Chicken and Beers will fry you up to heaven with their deliciousness and their fresh crisp beer! It's a simple yet delicious concept- chicken and beer, made for sharing!

Aaron and Jackson Wild have spent a lot of time travelling throughout Asia and fell in love with Korean street food through several trips to Seoul over the last decade, The Bayside father/son duo then decided to open a GAMI restaurant in the heart of Frankston on the basis that "crispy fried chicken and cold beer" should work pretty well in the seaside suburb.

"I know Frankston really well having lived locally all of my life" Jackson said. "Dad and I feel like Frankston deserves more dining options, we feel Frankston is on the up and we want to be a part of that. We also want people to understand how brilliant Korean fried chicken is. If you haven't tasted it you don't know what you are missing"

Gami is located in the heart of Wells Street, just opposite the Hoyts Cinema complex and is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
