A shiny new district play space at Carrum Downs Recreation Reserve, Wedge Road has just opened (December 2022)

The play space provides an outdoor haven for families across Carrum Downs to spend the day together playing (take your pick of sand, sculptural and nature water play!), picnicking and relaxing close to home.

As well as the picnic and BBQ facilities, local and visitors and can enjoy:

Giant basket swing
Traditional swings
Trampolines
Drinking fountain
Sail and tree shade
Parking
Improved pathway from the play space to existing car park and existing reserve toilets. New toilets to be constructed in 2023.
