Fiesta Mexico is not only a food vendor, it is an entire Mexican experience that will blow your mind and it will take you straight to the authentic food markets in Mexico City. We are the only food truck provider across Australia that manufacture their own tortillas, based on the ancient Aztec culture of slowly making of tortillas with a nixtamalization process (rich and ancient way of preparing the dough to make tortillas). Our menus are carefully designed based on authentic Mexican spices, combining delicious local produce as well magnifying the flavours at the right cost value for the best customer service experience.
Fiesta Mexico also caters for private functions, weddings, and any social event (public or private) with two of the best Mexican chefs based in Australia. We specialise in explaining the processes, the flavours, and the way we cook our dishes for a better understanding of old authentic Mexican recipes.
In 2010, Mexican cuisine was inscribed by UNESCO (the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) on their Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. We thrive in cooking and showcasing how beautiful, rich and delicious the Mexican dishes can be.
