Take a 1.5-hour tour around Frankston's city centre and experience some of Melbourne's freshest street art.

Visit more than 100 mammoth murals around the city centre. With pieces from renowned street art artists such as Smug, PichiAvo, DVATE, Vesod, PEETA EAD, Phat1, Father Marker, Jack Rowland, Buff Diss and Lady Diva to name a few, you will be absolutely fascinated by the stories and inspiration that are now part of Frankston's inner core.

The city centres' urban landscape began to transform back in 2018, as the City's annual street art festival brought some of the world's best street artists to Frankston. Painting over the course of a week, they brought a huge jolt of colour to the central core. Annually, the festival has brought more and more international, national and local artists to Frankston, creating an outdoor gallery of murals for everyone to enjoy.

Payments and Queries:

Tours cost only $15 per person. Street Art Tours will be limited to small groups up to 20 people.

Please note that bookings must be made 48 hours in advance before the tour commences.

Credit card bookings can be made online at Frankston Arts Centre - Street Art Tours. Any enquiries, please contact us on 9784 1060 or email Streetart@frankston.vic.gov.au 

Please note that the street art tour may be cancelled with 24 hours' notice if the forecast predicts temperatures exceeding 35 degrees or heavy rain. The tour will be rescheduled to a convenient date.

Frankston is located within one hour of the Melbourne CBD. Street Art Tours can be easily accessed by car or public transport. The Frankston train line runs directly from Flinders Street Station to Frankston Train Station. The Street Art Walking Tours' starting point is at the Frankston Library forecourt which is a short walk from the Frankston Train Station.

Please note: the tours take place throughout the streets and laneways of Frankston City.  Please note, that some paths and viewing locations maybe uneven, and participants using wheelchairs, walking aids and equipment may require assistance during the tour.

All within a comfortable distance starting from the Frankston Library. Be guided by very knowledgeable tour guides who explain information on each art work and the artists. Michelle B: Today I went on the Street Art Walking Tour in Frankston, absolutely blown away at the quality and quantity of art in the back lanes and alleys of Frankston. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and explained the varying artists and artwork so we could get the full appreciation of what we were looking at, would highly recommend this tour 1 1/2 hours plus right near the beach and wonderful places to eat & drink at the end of the tour, do yourself a favour and book a tour today.
