That Spirited Lot Distillers is a boutique family distillery located in Seaford, Victoria run by brothers Jon-Paul (JP) and Chris (Krill) Willigenburg and their sister-in-law Kate (Kato) Barton. After separate careers in IT, wine and fashion, That Spirited Lot is the product of a lifelong dream to work together.

Inspired by their home on the Mornington Peninsula and their world wide travel experiences, they aim to produce quality spirits from the best ingredients sourced/foraged locally & abroad.

They are currently focused on producing a range of single shot pot distilled gins produced from the wine they collect from our local wine regions of the Mornington Peninsula and Yarra Valley.

They are also releasing vodkas & have begun a long-term whisky production program.

Their spirits are distilled with care, patience and are designed first and foremost to be enjoyed neat but can be enjoyed on the rocks, in your favourite mixer or cocktail.

They also produce a range of mixer (Peninsula BLVD) and tonic (Tonic X Distillers) syrups using the leftover fruit and botanic material which is a byproduct from producing gins and vodkas.

Private tasting sessions and functions available 7 days a week by appointment only.
